Zak's Past Personal Fitness World Record
On April 28, 2012 Zak boasts his personal extreme fitness record to help awareness of two main topics close to his heart, Animals and Wild Life protection and Foster Children climbing for 24 hours, non-stop, the California's popular Santa Monica Stairs: 189 steps repeated 316 times, ascent and descent, for a total of 59,724 steps. A distance equal to one and half the height Mountain Everest during which Zak burned in excess of 9,000 calories.
Now Zak wants to invite you to join his encore, continue to help his causes, his looking to enroll 24 TEAMS of 10 members per team to climb with him. Each team will climb for a 1hr relay with their team members for a donation of $100 per member, each member of every team will receive a box of 12 X3S-BAR, the Energy Protein bar, a custom T-Shirt and more.
Each Team will receive one Fitness equipment the X3S-BENCH a Zak creation on how to train abs, legs, glutes and overall your entire core in a small footprint, it's your little home cross-training station that will keep you in shapes.
